What is Counselling?
There are many reasons for seeking counselling and psychotherapy. Life may have thrown us some challenges, sometimes we may feel something is missing but are unsure what, alternatively we may be asking ourselves Who Am I? or may want to celebrate the successes and progress we have made. Whatever the reason, at those moments we may feel we need some extra support.
Counselling gives you an opportunity to talk about how you feel, find ways to manage your difficulties or embrace the progress you've made. It is a collaborative process where you have the chance to share your story in a safe, non-judgmental and nurturing space.
