I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation, which is an opportunity to meet face to face and discuss why you're looking for a counsellor. This will also give you a chance to see how I work, and if we decide I am the right therapist for you we can discuss a regular day and time to meet. Sessions are usually 50 minutes, once a week.

 

I charge £55 per 50 minute session. I do offer concessionary rates but currently have none available.
